Zhejiang Henglong&Vie Pump-Manu Co., Ltd. is a joint venture co***ny, co-funded by Hong Kong Jinming Group and China Vie Group. Our co***ny specializes in the manufacture of automobile power steering oil pumps. Our co***ny is located in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province, the fast-developing Yangtze River Delta, with Shaoxing to the east and Hangzhou to the north. We are only 35 kilometers away from Xiaoshan International Airport. Thus, we enjoy perfect environment and developed economy.
Our co***ny has 400 staff members, and among them 60 are professional technicians and 45 are management staff members. Our co***ny covers an area of more than 100,000 square meters. The fixed assets of our co***ny are RMB58000000 and the annual production capacity of our co***ny is 1,200,000 sets of power steering oil pumps.
With the support from our parent co***nies, Henglong&Vie imports advanced technology from overseas countries and recruits Japanese experts. At the same time, our co***ny is home to nationwide senior technicians who are expert at hydraulic pressure steering pumps with rich experience. The designs of our products are all based on the three-dimensional software, such as CAD and PDM. Our co***ny has more than 200 sets of world-class advanced equipment for processing, inspecting and measuring and testing. The key parts, such as vanes, bearings and sealing parts, are all introduced from Japan, Germany and Taiwan Area.
